The Porcini Sauce is a product of the Cassica cuisine. It has always been appreciated for the taste and simplicity of the recipe, which however offers very captivating flavors and aromas.
It is suitable both for preparing short or long pasta, and for Crostini and appetizers in general. It can also be used to garnish escalopes and polenta and has always been an excellent result in the kitchen.
