PIgato white wine 
 The S-cianchi
 
 White wine with a particularity;
 This wine was obtained with an "old fashioned" maceration on the skins for 72 hours which gave it the particular aroma that distinguishes it.
 He has been decanting all winter and has not suffered any  filtration.
 
 Straw yellow color with golden reflections and beautiful brightness.
 
 The vegetal and fruity scents are accompanied by strong mineral notes and then complemented by notes of sweet citrus.
  The taste is full, savory, generous and structured, very well balanced between softness and acidity. 
 
 A surprise that recalls old Ligurian traditions
