We are to present you the news. Condiment based on the best aged cheeses all of Italian origin and pepper in the classic Italian recipe of Cacio e Pepe.
A peasant recipe that makes the first course (especially spaghetti or long pasta) a delight.
With our dressing you will be able to appreciate, right from the opening of the jar, the aroma of aged grated cheeses and then once on the plate feel the "pinch" of pepper in your mouth.
To better enjoy it, we advise you to mix the sauce with a little cooking water to try to make it soft after opening.
All our products are without preservatives, without thickeners, without glutamate or other flavor enhancers. Gluten free. Only craftsmanship.
Ingrediants: 53% grated hard cheese (cow's MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), water, corn starch, pepper 1%.

Ingredienti: Acqua, Formaggio a pasta dura grattugiato 53% (LATTE vaccino, sale, caglio, conservante: lisozima da UOVO), PANNA, amido di mais,pepe 1%.
